Big South scenarios, Part 2

Here’s what we know. Two matchups are set for next week’s Big South men’s basketball tournament:

#8 Gardner-Webb at #1 Coastal Carolina
#7 High Point at #2 Liberty

The scenarios for the other four spots are as follows. Your standings, and the final game for each team:
UNC Asheville 10-7 (vs. Radford)
Charleston Southern 9-8 (vs. Coastal Carolina)
Winthrop 9-8 (vs. VMI)
VMI 9-8 (at Winthrop)

UNC ASHEVILLE—Is the No. 3 seed with a win vs. Radford Saturday
Is the No. 4 seed if it loses to Radford and Charleston Southern beats Coastal Carolina. Asheville’s win over Coastal guarantees that the Bulldogs can finish no worse than No. 4. Neither Winthrop nor VMI, which would be in a potential three-way tie at 10-8, beat the Chanticleers.

CHARLESTON SOUTHERN—Is the No. 3 seed with a win and a UNC Asheville loss to Radford
Is the No. 4 seed with a win and a UNC Asheville win over Radford (CSU wins any 10-8 tiebreaker with VMI or Winthrop because it would have beaten Coastal, which VMI/WU did not)
Is the No. 5 seed with a loss and a Winthrop win over VMI (CSU would be tied at 9-9 with VMI, and CSU swept VMI)
Is the No. 6 seed with a loss and a VMI win over Winthrop (CSU would be tied at 9-9 with WU, and WU beat Liberty while CSU was swept by LU)
CSU must win Saturday to secure a home game

WINTHROP—Is the No. 4 seed with a win and a Charleston Southern loss
Is the No. 5 seed with a win and a Charleston Southern win
Is the No. 6 seed with a loss

VMI—Is the No. 4 seed with a win and a Charleston Southern loss
Is the No. 5 seed with a win and a Charleston Southern win
Is the No. 6 seed with a loss
