1. COASTAL CAROLINA (14-4)
The Chanticleers clinched home-court advantage throughout the Big South tournament with their blowout win over Liberty Thursday night.

t2. RADFORD (12-5)
Pretty simple. If Radford beats Winthrop Saturday, the Highlanders will be the No. 2 seed. If Radford loses, it will be the No. 3.

t2. WINTHROP (12-5)
Pretty simple. If Winthrop beats Radford Saturday, the Eagles will be the No. 2 seed. If Winthrop loses, the Eagles will be No. 3.

4. UNC ASHEVILLE (10-7)
UNCA clinches No. 4 with a win OR a High Point loss Saturday. UNCA is No. 5 if it loses AND High Point wins AND Liberty loses to Charleston Southern, forcing a two-way tie between UNCA and HPU at 10-8.

5. HIGH POINT (9-8)
High Point finishes No. 4 with a win AND a UNCA loss to Gardner-Webb AND a Liberty loss to Charleston Southern. If HPU and Liberty win and UNCA loses, there would be a three-way tie for fourth, which would then be broken in a round-robin between the three teams. UNCA is 3-1 in that scenario; High Point 2-2; Liberty 1-3. (Thanks to a reader for catching this.)
High Point clinches at least No. 5 with a win over Presbyterian.
High Point finishes No. 6 with a loss to Presbyterian and a Liberty win over Charleston Southern.
The Panthers will win a tiebreaker with both Liberty and UNC Asheville due to their win over Coastal Carolina, which swept both LU and UNCA.

6. LIBERTY (9-8)
Liberty can finish no worse than sixth.
The Flames are No. 5 with a win AND a High Point loss to Presbyterian.
Otherwise, they’re No. 6.

7. CHARLESTON SOUTHERN (7-10)
The Buccaneers are locked into the No. 7 seed.

t8. VMI (5-12)
VMI cannot finish higher than eighth. The Keydets are No. 8 with a win OR a Gardner-Webb loss. If they lose at Coastal Carolina (likely) and Gardner-Webb wins at UNC Asheville (unlikely), then VMI misses the tournament.

t8. GARDNER-WEBB (5-12)
Gardner-Webb cannot finish higher than eighth. The Bulldogs can only make the tournament with a win AND a VMI loss. The Bulldogs lose a tiebreaker with VMI because VMI beat High Point twice and Gardner-Webb was swept by the Panthers. If both teams win Saturday, VMI wins the tiebreaker because it will own a win over Coastal.
