Hank Thorns a late scratch
Hokies point guard Hank Thorns was a late scratch for today’s game against Duke because of an undisclosed illness.
Thorns was expected to make his second straight start today against the Blue Devils. He made his first start of the season Wednesday at Clemson and had 10 points, four assists and three rebounds in 30 minutes.
He currently leads the ACC in assist/turnover ratio in conference games (3.2).
